Wild Barramundi Fish Fillets are on the menu every day and are one of the most popular dishes on Good Friday - Crumbed barramundi fish fillets served atop a potato pancake with a crispy side salad. Just Lovely! 

Vegetarian dishes are also available including the crepe spanakopita - delicately seasoned spinach and fetta cheese wrapped in a crepe or the world-famous cheese and potato pancake.

The date of Easter is determined by the first day of the full moon that occurs on or following the Autumn equinox. Therefore, the date of Easter moves between March 21 and April 25.

The tradition of eating easter eggs comes from the belief that the egg is a symbol of new life.

During Austere Lent no eggs are eaten.  It was tradition to use up all of the household's eggs before Lent began, which established the tradition of Pancake Day. In Eastern Christianity, both meat and dairy (eggs are seen as dairy) are prohibited during the 40 days of fasting so any eggs laid during this time were often boiled and preserved.
